Shook Up

I think about my past
and I hoped that it wouldn't last
but... I have changed people, places, and things
and still things aren't what they seem
looking into my eyes and still wanting to see me hurt just like "Just Cause"
so I still sit in a pause motion
  hiding my emotions
took, shook up
  with little luck
or is that still my "Mistaking Identity"
  still having to show I.D
who would want to be me
  Not even me
Suffering in silent
  with the rage inside me
Hiding...
Lurking...
waiting...
for the day I will explode

Putting your anger and frustration into writing is one way to let it go so you don't explode. You can't dwell on the past - it is over! Concentrate on the present. Your emotions come out loud and clear in this write! Love, Kim
