Shock of Hate

One day.
In one second.
Everything you know.
Will become seen.
Left only to your Mind.
Left only to only a single thought.

And in some way.
Someone will beckon.
Into every piece of hate that you show.
And every time that you thought you could be mean.
Has left everything but guilt behind.
And now you're overwrought.

Something hidden under the tray.
The things you figured you couldn't reckon.
Leaves your hostility to grow.
All your masks kept unclean.
Your words harsh, brash, and far from kind.
And left nothing that can be bought.

And one Day.
I know that some will say.
That you meant everything you said.
Every thing that passed through your head.
But I will know.
Just how much your guilt can grow.
When you hurt the ones you love.
For something that cannot be found from up above.
