The lady is purebred shlock

She 'Bill-ked' the Nation
Via Libyan abdication

Hilary Billary Thwock
Her tongue's a nerveless nock

She squawks and squawks
Paranoid deplorables-crock

Hilary Billary Shlock
Give her the old hemlock!
