Shining Like a Star

Twilight slowly arrives with quiet sadness from afar I look up at the sky and ask, why, why, why? People caring less, but together we are all a shining star Stomping on other’s feelings, is an outcry With respect fading behind lines that are blurred I look up at the sky and ask, why, why, why?
