Shine Like the Stars

I look to bright sky to watch the glisten of the stars that may no longer be, just like your voice, like your words replaying in my head. Their light never seems to vanish or fade from this reality, just the way your memories never seem to leave the confines of my mind. Like the songs we sang from our hearts and bled from our souls. Time can heal our wounds but the scars we'll always wear. Forever in my abyss we'll live on and shine like the stars in the night
