Shes My Blessing
Waking up to her is a blessing, I wake up happy cuz she makes sure I never go to sleep stressing. She makes me feel alive , she makes me want to get through the struggle and survive. She brings out the best in me, it's going on five years since she invested in me and I still do my best to make her happy. Our relationship was tested but we made it, it got rough but we saved it, we opened up and communicated. 5 yrs strong, we made it. She looks at me and tells me I make her feel safe, I'll tell her I'll protect always no matter what it takes. She tell me she loves me and I tell her I love her more I tell her she's beautiful and the one that I adore.As she sleeps I stare at her for hours, I wanna go out before she wakes up and go buy her flowers. I count her freckles and admire her as she sleeps, I have thoughts about our future and the thoughts are deep. I think about her and me and the day I get on one knee. I think about her crying tears of joy as she says yes around all her family. I think about the day she walks down that isle to me and makes me as happy as can be. Looking into each others eyes, pouring our hearts out all truth and no lies. Promising to love each other until the day we die.
