Shelter Taken
Watching you
Green around the gills
trying to eat sushi
revulsed at every bite
Again I must bring
To your attention
That mirroring a choice this time of food
does not equate to togetherness
Nor does this
Over the top display
balance the scales
Of a day late and dollar short
Period
I am forever and always
Immune to
and protected from
All forms of the love bomb
