Sheepishness

He thinks of his fellow around,
He leaves his throne, removes his crown,
He lends his hand without a sound,
Getting his feet back on the ground.




Note: This form is called Dalit, a traditional short Filipino poem which is only a quatrain, having 8 syllables in each line. The rhyming scheme is aaaa.
