The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

She Was Still

She was still as stillness itself
undisturbed
like the night
A loyal companion emerged
complementing
always watchful
and wise
to wisdom's secrets.

More a dreamer still in love
still
free to be
more
like the wind
forever moving somewhere different better still.
