She was only 4 years old
She was only 4 years old, too young to understand, she felt so confused and scared as he grabbed her by her hand.
He took her to his room, he said he wanted to play, she was only 4 years old when he took her innocence away.
He said if she told anyone, he would be really sad, because no one would believe her, and she'd get punished bad.
She ended up telling, but nothing was done, they just made the guy leave, then moved in another one.
Some time went by, then it happened again, but this time when she told, that's when her nightmare began.
They actually blamed her, using a lame excuse, they said the way she sat down when she played, caused all the abuse.
Long story short, it happened throughout her childhood, by multiple men, until the age of 12 when she finally understood.
That it wasn't her fault, and after so long, she no longer felt cursed, and she finally felt strong...
So she started to defend herself, because no one seemed to care, when she needed protection, nobody was there.
Her mom had two jobs and didn't give her much attention, she got everything she wanted, but what she needed was affection.
Fast forward to the present, her heart is filled with pain, she cant seem to be happy and guess who's to blame?
You could blame it on her father, that left when she was just a baby, he forgot he had a daughter and started acting shady.
You could blame it on those bullies, that made school a living hell, they would put her down, and there was no one she could tell.
You could blame it on those perverts, that showed her no respect, she was just a little girl, but she'll never forget.
You could blame those who judged her, when she was just a teen, they labeled her as easy, they brought down her self-esteem.
She turned to drugs to deal with the pain, by the age of 14 she was addicted to weed and cocaine.
When she turned 15 she became addicted to meth, she didn't know her worth, she was just waiting for death.
Her family failed her, society too, if this was your daughter, what would you do?
