She Wanted To Play With Yellow Tractors

She Wanted to Play with Yellow Tractors

She remembers those days long ago.
Childhood plays and digging in the dirt.
Way back then, when girls wore frills and pearls.
When tractor toys were only meant for boys.
Childhood plays and digging in the dirt.
She longed for a turn with the yellow bulldozer.
When tractor toys were only meant for boys.
With spoons and shovels her castles were built.
She longed for a turn with the yellow bulldozer.
Way back then, when girls wore frills and pearls.
With spoons and shovels her castles were built.
She remembers those days long ago.

Me too- my question is... is she now living those days to fulfill her desire to ride the yellow tractor? Great write. Loved it.
