She Walks Through My Dreams
She walks through my dreams
in the dark of night
soft and warm
as candle light
She comes to me softly
and lays with me there
so warm and tender
in the cool night air
She lights up my dreams
with the warmth of her soul
dispelling my cares
with her love that I know
She walks through my dreams
night after night
her trembling image
a flickering light
O how I pray
at the dawnings first sight
for the coming of darkness
that I might see her light
