She Took Her Life

she took her life
I surrender
this aint my fault
this aint what i asked for
someone please help
she was my best friend
i didn't know she needed help
i saw the marks on her arm
but i never said a word
this is a message
i am sending
letting you know i am reminiscing
girl you jumped
i could've stopped you
but i wasn't there
i left you
you were so upset
your family was gone
you turned to me just to find
your alone did he hurt you
there's bruises on your arms
only if i could help
but your gone
