She Sounded Thrilled To Be Jobless

My friend quit her teaching job 
In January 
This is almost March
I had no idea until today 
That she is jobless. 
She sounds thrilled 
About not working 
But what about money? 
I wonder. 
Knowing now 
She must 
Not need it.

I have to admit that sometimes when the stress goes away, the money means a lot less while the "self soothing" takes a front seat.

I was surprised to realize she must not need it. No one quits a teaching job in the middle of a school year unless they do not care if they ever teach again.
