She Set Me Free

May I now feel free
No other way out of it
My ball and chain gone
I have a true life again
None to tell me otherwise

A lot of relationship poetry going on around the soup. You'd almost think it was Valentine's Day. lol. Good luck in Brian's 2-14 contest.....Can't wait to read the winner's circle. Tanka is a great form for poems of this nature, Russell. May you now officially know free. Free changed its meaning for my children after our divorce years ago....free...and ball n chain are more spiritual words of pain for them...sometimes I wish I could rewind time.
