She said yes

We stood by a woodland stream and gazed at its meandering froth over time worn stones. Grasping my beloved hand I squeezed as if a lesser grasp would have her slip away. We did not speak for words could not comprehend what the heart whispers. So many seasons of loves spring now it is falls gentle time. We turn and gaze into each others eyes I whisper thank you for on this day so long ago you agreed to be my wife.
