She said No to WoW
She said “No to WoW!”
Every day I check my mail without fail.
It’s never enough but I get gold for each sale
And a little bit of gear sold for spending my money,
Let’s me level up my professions increasing what’s good for me.
I create sometimes for the entire day
And slowly but surely I’m making my way,
To my target goal, to increase my bank.
I need every rank maxed so it’s all profit after that.
The auction house is where I spend most of my online.
I spend a few dimes and get my pocket money for my time
And time is all we have my friend.
Time to level up.
Time to spend.
Time to enjoy and rage against The Horde!
Work eats my energy.
Food is an effort.
You won’t get the best of me.
Days off are a God send.
24 hours of doing what I want.
World of Warcraft is a full time job
And doing jobs is a real chore,
But one is for fun and the other a bore.
One pays for the other and WoW is unlike any other.
I play for fun as it steals my time like a lover.
Love is something I will never have,
Because I play WoW to simply relax
And that is something she will never understand.
Somehow I’m in the wrong for being a man
And not being a man who can ask her out.
I have no time for love,
When loving WoW is grinding me down.
