She Knows

She watches over you.
As you grip her picture tight.
She sees you when your crying,
in the middle of the night.

She knows that you still love her,
even though she isn't here.
She's the one who wipes your eyes,
when they are filled with tears.

She sees you as you pray for her,
each day that you awake.
She hears you say these words to god,
" For my daughter, why did you take?".

 She whisper's in your ear
that every things okay.
As she sits and waits,
for that special day.

She knows that someday you'll be with her.
She'll be there by the gates.
Standing there with god,
the both of them await.
