She Is Old and Trouble

Helga is old, decrepit. She’s a lot of trouble. She wears diapers.
It is difficult moving her wheelchair over the twigs of the forest.
Madeline did not care about any of their stupid excuses.
She is the only one who can conjure and transmogrify.
There will be no council fire without her.

Why didn’t you bring her then?
Poof!
She turned Lucinda into a mushroom.
You can eat her if you wish, she told the others.
They ran off screaming
bringing back a delighted Helga with an extra diaper.
