She Is Malleable

Innocent baby with her enormous blue eyes
Her delicate nose, and her trusting face
She is not a blank slate, but she is malleable
I stare into her eyes, hoping I will do her justice.
Wanting her to have all the good things in life.
Glad I am her mother.

And I am sure you did, Caren. You were, undoubtedly, a fine mother. Now, you have an opportunity to hone your skills even more with grandchildren!

I will be seeing a bunch of them tomorrow - heading to Omaha for Daisy's first communion!
