She Is Gone
She is gone,
She is no more,
She is gone,
Now life’s a bore.
She was so young,
Her life not long,
The pain it stung,
And now she’s gone.
She will never,
She my face,
My heart feels,
So out of place.
She was a child,
Born but not raised,
She was like an idol,
No one got to praise.
I held her once,
Inside my hands,
I could see,
That she was as planned.
She had the cutest,
Most precious smile,
Heartache will hold,
Me down awhile.
I missed her funeral,
Didn’t see her buried,
It happened to fast,
It wasn’t fair.
I never got,
To say goodbye,
And I held back,
Tears when she died.
But now there is,
No reason to fight,
The pain and tears,
I’ve seen the light.
She will never,
Hurt again,
She was my family,
She was my friend,
But now...She Is Gone.
