She Hates Me

SHE HATES ME As the sun greets the arrival of night, Deep within, her heart holds a brewing disdain, She devours me with the love she feels, She consumes to understand that she loves me. Like iron that radiates warmth to unfurl folded garments, Her hatred towards me corrupts the pure vessel of love she holds, She devours me with the love she feels, She consumes to understand that she loves me. As the morning pushes the night away, revealing the fragrant glow, The lady battles her heart for the hate she harbors towards me, She devours me with the love she feels, She consumes to understand that she loves me.
