She Grabs the Wheel

As most of us know, when we get thrown into full-tilt reptilian brain, ordinary, sane thinking goes out the window, overpowered by emotions that take over.
We cannot control her.
She grabs our steering wheel and throw us into concrete walls.
We try to survive, but it is too late.
The reptilian mind is all-supreme, caught up in its frenzy, heading for the end zone,
Fighting toward relief, taking no prisoners, uninhibited, ruthlessly free.
The thinking brain has been squelched, terminated.
Reptile mind is all-powerful,
Cutting.
Hurting.
Slashing.
Smacking.
Hitting.
All we can do is rebuild after her mass destruction.
A simple “I’m sorry” may not be enough.
