* She Got the Call

Another mother sitting alone in an
empty room which was once filled
with life of a small boy who use to,
lay tucked tightly under his covers.

While his mother would silently kiss
his fore head, said a silent prayer.
asking God to keep him safe, while
he slept and to watch over him always.

The mother holding a torn tattered
brown worn out teddy bear which
once belong to the small boy who
was her son, who had gone ahead.

She got the call tonight that her son
had been killed on the battlefield.
He died fighting for his Great Nation
so that we all would be FREE!
