She Brings In the Sun and Sky
Dainty tulips and lilacs come in May
Lily and daffodil out of their way
Verdant grasses spring forth in great delight
Dwarf dandelions everywhere in sight
Child laughter carries through my garden
Uplifting spirit of marigold fun
Whispering wisps float by on faerie wings
A dance in my earth heart helps my soul sing
Giggles announce my grandchild is here
She brings in the sun, and sky, loud and clear
God surrounds her face, and tweaks her small nose
Freckled pretty as orange lily and rose.
Soulful earth therapy all done today
Dainty tulips and lilacs come in May.
