She Believes a Myth

Sailing toward the land where the sun will set She discovered a myth from an old teapot She believes the lie that is an old story In the middle of the ocean, floating like an allegory The wind hasn’t blown, the waves haven’t reached her yet The sun still shines, darkness hasn’t come yet On the surface of the water, she enjoys a momentary peace The night holds a nightmare that she will experience This pitiful girl cannot see her hope is fake The blame for killing her, who will take?

Very foreboding and wonderfully dark, Felicia ... I enjoyed this very much! Rhythm, rhyme, and imaginative content, all! Keep up the great work, and have a good day! :-)
