I can imagine some sort of heartbreak going on in this poem, from someone named Constance. Sometimes all it takes is a name to resurrect all those old feelings. Nice cinquain, Jan. The last line sums it up.

Constance is the real name of Broken Wings - her poems are melancholy from all the grief she has suffered in her life. When I started the poem I never intended for it to be about her... but it just evolved like that - I do hope she likes it:-) hugs Jan xx
