Sharing Soup Ct

I smiled when I saw the poets
each blessed with a magical seed
Some were lyric and some stoic
each shared a hunger that we feed

Straight from their heart with quill and ink
power with words, they made me think
Some were cryptic and some were bleak
others sad, and caused tears to leak

When I saw the poets, I smiled
a magical seed, each blessed with

Talent is joint within this group
Nourished and fed from sharing soup
