SHARED DIVINE SOUL

Like vast sea
our mind’s surface
tosses
on swelling waves 
of hatred and greed,
breaks in grief.
Basic 
instincts guide
us deep
through turmoil
to the soul,
calm in compassion,
pure in divine abode,
shared…
good humans it makes.
