Shapeshifting

He whispers love Into my thoughts, my heart Pouring in beauty Light and overwhelming joy Reminding me The moments are alive Vibrating with promise Only moments pass…. He screams hate Into my life, my soul Raining down loathing Feelings so revolting, aversion Pierces my mind With darkness, fear Destruction Shapeshifters or Shapeshifting Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Anthony Biaanco May 4, 2022

Wow, Gina, I don't think I've ever read anything by you so frightening! I so hope and pray this is not your personal experience!
