Never spoke unkindly
Never showed fury
Never insulted or disrespected
Never served as judge and jury

Behaved with quiet dignity
Words and actions ….honest and true
Never destructive or harmful
So shame on you!

Hi Deb, I'm a little late catching up here so please forgive me. I like this timely piece of yours. Our world is really evolving to such a level of anger and hatred toward others that it's down right scary..very thoughtful and well written piece.

Sigh.. This is such a powerful expression of the angst that brews within such a heart whose innocence and hopes are erased by evil beings.. This one made me feel immense depth of the emotions as it is truly resonating on so many levels.. I hope you are okay, dear Debb, you're such a beautiful soul.. Sending you love & light always..

Hiya you are so very sweet to be concerned but l am good thanks. My poem is generalised …about the state of the world atm and the disrespectful way humans are treating each other but it is also about sole individuals and yes l have experienced that disrespect in recent times. I wish humans could be kinder to each other…its not that hard is it? Thankyou again for such kind words…Debx
