Shallow

The intensity is overwhelming
Your heart quickens
Your lungs shallow
Your brain races to make sense of it all

Then the moment passes

Is this what a heart attack feels like
But the intensity doesn't stop?

It makes you feel alive
And it makes you feel like you are dying

The intensity is overwhelming
Until the numbness sets in
