Absolutely James, Christ's words ring out to us from everywhere for he is omnipresent (I have also heard God's word when my dad was diagnosed with cancer and i was just devastated)- a loyal lifelong friend that will take our hand and lead us always into greener pastures. There are always devastating times which overcome us.My dad was killed when I was 14 n carried Intrepid after falling over and drowning. Our 32 year old son fell into the river and drowned on our 39th wedding anniversary. We found out the next day. I keep asking for God's help everyday.
