Shall I See You Tomorrow
You are not miles away anymore but within
To see you I go nowhere else but inside
Each time I enter you say welcome in
I’m telling the news then you dim the top light
We sit and we smile into our eyes in silence
The leaves susurrate, the breeze changes the view
The moon lurks out there and it’s peeking to find us
You shoot and it froze in the darkening blue
I hear in the distance the sound of thunder
Anxiety mounts for no reason at all
Shall I see you tomorrow and after, I wonder
Will the angel of yours let you hear my call..
