Shadows Within and Out
Within the mind is an outlay
Darken area so much to say
Not a place wanting to stay
Rotten to the core with decay
Feelings of unknown reaches
Blood thirsty sucking leaches
An opium filled and beseeches
It blurs our things that teaches
Bane slowly poisoning beneath us
Looking down to see
It looked so drained it cannot be
Lost in the shade of that we agree
Emotions drop us from feet to knee
Shadows within and out is a key
Desperation that shadows grow
To notice it is to lay low
Low as it will soon follow
That is the form of shadow
It is within us and out that show
