Shadows Past

Shadows, crying from the walls of my room
Tears of agony flow down the cheeks of the groom

Shadows weave a web around the darkness of Death
Voices of Hell screaming "Welcome" as I take my last Breath.

My heart falters as I read your words you've delicately placed before you for all of us to see. This piece is haunting, dark, sad, but most of all- it's beautiful. The passion, and underlying sorrow full of wishful thinking, sends one into a heart wrenching frenzy.
