I have walked
through
the valley of
the shadows of
death -

I was swallowed up
in the belly
of the whale -

And after
seven days
and seven nights,
I was washed up
from sea -

Father
I give all praises
to thee -

Thank you
for my rescue,
through
the valley 
of the
shadow's of death -
