Shadows of a Broken Heart
Goodbye
I’ve got to let you go.
And try
To live forever in tears
I was drowned in your shadow
Life was under your spell
Through thew heartaches I learned
My forever doesn’t belong to you
Tired of this rollercoaster life
Been exhausted in my own paradise
Nothing’s more precious to me now
Then to get back the love
I once found in your smile
Eventhough it’s killing me
I have to say . . .

It’s time to let you fly
And try
To live forever in tears
This pain of broken dreams
Maybe I’ll get over it soon
But for now I have to watch
The leaves fall to the ground
No longer drowned in this messy life
For in my paradise I have found
The peace of mind that’s precious somehow
I won’t take back my love
Cause now I know how to smile
I know it’s killing you m
Now it’s your time to say
Goodbye
Now is my time to cry
And try
To live forever with your tears.
