Shadows and Dream

Poem Title: Shadows and Dream

Poem Text:

Under the sky so gray and wide,
Little feet on shattered stride.
Whispers float where bombs once sang,
Hope persists, despite the clang.

Broken toys, and empty streets,
Yet hearts beat strong with fearless feats.
Eyes of children, stars untamed,
In every tear, a fire is named.

Let the world pause, let it hear,
Voices of Gaza, loud and clear.
Dreams of peace in tiny hands,
Writing futures across the lands.

I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
