Shadow of Love

Once our love was so sweet
Anywhere, anytime you beat
My heart’s pulse
Our road life carpeted with flowers
In my breath, your shadow figured!
In the mornings your smile
Pushed me to move on
In the evenings your laugh
Helped me to dream
Our road life carpeted with flowers
In my breath, your shadow figured!

And one day
Sky and Earth twisted upside down
I missed you since
I missed my dear shadow
Road of flowers became road of thorns
Stiff walk became bored

Today I see the foregone shadow
I keep asking myself
Could it be true?
You come back
To draw me back to the past
Today your shadow is gray and pale
Shadow without smile and laugh!
