Shadow Land

Shadow Land… Walking and talking On through a silver forest Enchanted birds either sing Or give up their wings As the magician controls all things Time stands still if that is his will He has ways of making you believe He’s a magic man, lives in magic land And I have seen in disbelief his tricks Is he more than a magic man In what now seems a foreign land Heaven, Hell, and Earth are at his command The powers that be Altering images of time and space Defying nature’s laws to cover up all of the flaws His realm of magic the only cause Lost in a scheme that’s just a deadly dream With the strength to conquer anyone Walking and talking On through a silver forest The sun is rising, the shadows playing Games of time whose secrets are undiscovered Plain and simply, days without numbers Time will stand still if that’s his will He has ways of making us believe… He is a magic man Lives in a magic land, Shadow Land.
