Shadow

shadow

Shadow from window pane passed as if life
Fear remained cautiously what if it entered
Neck stunned suggesting eyes stay being stiff
Palpitation rose steep up surmounting throat

Guys from inside shriveled and shrunk bodies
Few step away shadow stopped and coughed
Then a hope of would be a man giant passed near
Mind suggested no no in mid night a man could be

Failure of engine and gush of wind and dreadful dark
Still standing of the fearful object without pass
Fortunately a headlight appeared far in crosses
But did not arrive soon as time past

A fear of death drowned me instantly, and
Spit in mouth dried lifelessly
Closing eyes both wanted to turn morning soon
Incident such in life should not come
