Shadow

Shadows creep in behind the stars
Like a sign to what we are
Evil dispersed between the lines
Flames of dust we well define
My fate is committed by a lock
Its key; life begins to mock
The blur created its own image
Love became its own privilege
Haste set out to win and lead
Death turned into a remedy
Fear trickled down poor time
Broken faith on a sturdy spine
Caught a glimpse of one tear
Became an ocean oh so clear
Cheated our way to the end
When time was our only friend.

Hey Rabab,I just thought I would let you know that your poem here is called a Monorhyme. It's better if you put the proper form in if you want more people to read it.On the left side under Resources you will find forms of poetry. There you can find many different forms of poetry.I'm just letting you know this because I like your poem here and think you might go far if you stick with it.Just trying to be helpful..Nice write!

Thank you Dan! Appreciate it :) I'm not really good at the whole placing in catergories thing, so thanks once again!
