Shades of Black

the best answer for 
the restless wriggle of day
ennobled darkness

my inner river
in the darkness of the night
goes away softly

nanna's bees are thrilled
they change hues to match her mood
blond shows, she is thrilled

grief taught me the truth
the power to shine through the
layers of darkness
