Shade

I find no hope in life
I find no love in hope
There is but an empty wasteland 
Where soul should be
Anger darkens the halls of my mind
Only to be drowned by the flood of sorrow
Loss
There is nothing for me here
There is not
But shadows
In my heart
Once I knew love
But love turned to pain
To anguish
To loss
I am lost
Without a finding
Pained
Without a relief
Hungered
With no hope of ever finding sustenance
I know not hope
I know not happiness
All I know is breaking
Crushing
Bitterness
Lost
Alone
Fading
Becoming
Shadows
