Eyes
wide closed,

running
head first
into
the ocean,

Diving
In

without knowing
how to

;D This is the story of my life, Ken. How did you know? Absolutely love this poem! My Aunt Eva once fell into Hudson Bay before she'd learned to swim. She managed to get to the edge of the pier, realized she enjoyed it and pushed off to swim again. For many years she was the New Jersey shore's only Red Cross lifeguard instructor. Thanks for the memories and the lovely poem!

Thank you Carolyn, what a story! I'll remember your aunts story, it's what writings all about. We may write something that touches someone else. I say that we're all connected as human beings. Always Ken
