Seven Thoughts of Insanity

Despair
Who will care
That my life could end so sadly
Torment
Non-resent
My meaning of life could be so bare

But there is life
There is hope
Against the seven thoughts of insanity
Who will go with me?

Gossip
Into your mind I grip
The words that have no meaning
Deception
You can't fool me
Into your hands you lead me

But there is life
There is hope
Against the seven thoughts of insanity
Who will go with me

Violence
Cut the silence
No more death is feared

But how can I escape this battered, suffering soul of mine
Into your life I follow, desperately crossing the line

But there is life
There is hope
Against the seven thoughts of insanity
Who but myself will follow me?

Greed, lust
I want, I must
My eyes roll away with grief
Insanity
Let me be
The depth of wonder is free
