Setting Sun

The beauty of the setting sun
as twilight pays a call.
Another day becomes a memory
just a shadow on the wall.

Yesterday's dreams 
will have left their mark
knowing things cannot be undone.
And all that's left are memories 
as we greet the setting sun.
