Serving the Lord

Though sometimes hardship-stricken, serving God is blessing-laden! What matters most is our willingness to carry the burden. Let’s be a help to the needy, their hearts … gladden As we rejoice in the Lord; to His peace, bidden. Serving the Lord asks for surrender, yet assuring His rewards’ fullness! What matters most is our gracious faithfulness with genuine meekness. Let’s be submissive to the Master’s will, devoid of selfishness As we abound in His work* of life-building business.
*1Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. May 25, 2019

A well written poem whose message is sorely needed in a world out to kill both Christians and Jews. Congratulations on expressing yourself with such clarity and conviction. Blessings be yours, Panagiota Romios
