Serenity

Swift, rushing, bubbling creek
Flowing to the gulf, cycle of life
Ebbing near with sounds of nature

Faint screech of an unrecognizable bird
Frogs croak, cool breeze across my face
Warm sunshine on my bare skin

Reminds me I am...
Alive for one, able to feel
Able to sense my environment

I see the beauty and am in awe
Many colors, many wildflowers...
Just for me this day!!

Dedicated to my Daddy (Tommy)

I bet Tommy would love this- Daddy's are the greatest gift a girl can have, especially growing up.
